Return Policy

Thank you for choosing North Side Craftsmen. We craft our products with pride and are certain that you will love your purchase. However, if you would like to return the item for a refund, please read this return policy first.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and undamaged. If the product arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact the carrier (USPS) immediately to file a damaged shipment claim.

  • We will provide you with a shipping label free of charge in order to return the item to us.

  • For items that are not defective or damaged by shipping, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

  • Once we have received the item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that was used during the purchase. For credit card payments, please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
